I'm now sitting in my sister's flat eating lunch. A strange feeling as my body thinks its really 3am! The flights over were pretty good. Air Korea was a very good air line. We could watch some films from a massive selection. I watched Shopaholic, 17 again and Monsters V Aliens (although I kept falling asleep during it!) and Dan watched some others including Push (No, I'd never heard of it either). The food was pretty good but I wasnt all that hungry. On the first flight we were stuck in the middle of the four seats. I had a Korean lady next to me who just slept the whole way so we had to keep disturbing the Aussie lad to get up and about. We were pretty uncomfortable but it could've been a lot worse for an 11 hour flight.
Changing planes was so easy in Korea. We had plenty of time to freshen up and stretch our legs before beginning the second part of our journey, this time only 10 and a half hours! We had better seats this time but no personal films so we decided to stick our do not disturb stickers on and sleep as much as possible. Again it was uncomfortable but bearable. The strangest feeling was that we had no idea what the time was or how long was left. Once we were close to Melbourne we could follow the map on the TV. We were getting more and more excited as we got closer to the airport.
We got through the airport fairly quickly and our bags didn't take too long to come through. We went outside and had to wait about 5 minutes for Damelza (my sister). It was 7C but it didn't feel that cold in comparison to our winter. Damelza drove us back to her flat and showed us where everything was and how to work things. We had a shower and unpacked a few bits and pieces (it looks like the place has been ransacked!). We decided to have a walk around the local neighbourhood and found loads of good things, like shops, pubs and the gym!
I was feeling a bit dizzy so we decided to come back to the flat to have lunch and relax :-)

Glad that you both arrived safely and that the flights were not too bad. Now you have to get your Visa's and Medicare sorted out. The weather will get better as ours get worse.
