Last night we watched a film set in Australia about a crocodile. It was a good film but has put me off going anywhere near crocs! A family who stayed here last week came back complete with their 40ft big red bus that they had bought from Sydney. They are planning to convert it into a mobile home to live in. It's very quirky and was only $7000 which is cheap.
While we were watching the film the heavens opened. We had the awning up so the rain was splashing off it and dripping inside, all over one side of the bed. Luckily we could move things about so we could sleep.
We slept in until 10.15am. We were going to help take the seats out of the bus but Ian (another Ian) had already done it. We had breakfast and then went for a walk to see a big metal eagle on the hill. We walked passed Aldi and got a few bits and pieces to eat. We walked back and had lunch at 4pm!
Ian (the bus driver) is a chef so he said he'd cook curry for us. Dan is helping him and is being his kitchen bitch. He's in his element chopping things up.
